View the Patronage Liability report which contains information regarding the amount of Patronage due customers for one or all Fiscal Years.
Cust ID- Customer ID
Customer Name- The Customer Name
Retained Earnings- The refund under Minimum Member Patronage that is added to Retained Earnings for the Co-op.
Refund- Total Patronage earned and due to the customer.
Total Paid- The amount of any check written against the Refund amount.
Qualified Allocated Reserve- The amount of Refund due the customer less any amount in the Total Paid column.
Non Qualified Allocated Reserve- The amount of the Refund due the customer but under the Minimum Check Amount.
